I hope everyone is quite aware that Gabby Concepcion is already back in the country. After 13 years of being away, he finally had the guts to face his fans and now it's all done with, he's going to show us once again what he's made of.

I woke up mid-afternoon and went down to see the house minions watching THE BUZZ's Boy Abunda interviewing the Legendary Actor. The first thing I noticed was time had been good to him. Still gorgeous as ever. He mentioned how life has been like in the States, but damn, it didn't show one bit.

He talked about the reasons for his coming back here; One thing he points out was he wanted to see his dad after being away for so long. Then there's some projects that he was quite excited to do. He was ask if he's willing to work again with Sharon, he said that it would be something he look forward to as well as working with her daughter KC. I personally would love to see the three of them in one movie. I mean that would be awesome, just like seeing them together way back in the 80's, Sharon and Gabby movies...this time with their lovely love child.

He also talked about the past and all the unfinished business. Boy mentioned, indirectly, the messy relationships he had and the debauchery on the MMFF with Lolit Solis and Ruffa Guttierez. He said he saw Lolit when he went out to watch the recent boxing match Manny Paquiao in Las Vegas. They had a talk and made up. He avoided the messy relationships hint question, though.

The way I see it, In Philippine Showbusiness, if you are that gorgeous, people will still accept you and they will forget whatever you did or who you wronged as long as you apologize, all will be forgiven. But let me stress that Gabby has an extensive portfolio of good movies with fine acting to boot.
I say, I'm just happy he's back. He's a breath of fresh air from all the pa-cute newcomers that's popping left and right with nothing to offer but their Close-Up smiles.

Maybe, Philippine Cinema will be interesting again with his comeback. Oh, by the way, that movie project with Jolina, I hope he change his mind and forget it. GOD! Jolina??? What was he thinkin'????!
